Services & prices

Every job starts with a free look.

Starting prices below. Repairs get a number in writing after the inspection; replacements are quoted per roof once we’ve measured and checked the decking. Nobody climbs a ladder until you’ve said yes to a price.

Roof inspection
Roof and ground photos, a written condition report, an honest “it’s fine” when it is. Drone photos where the pitch makes walking unsafe.

Hail-strike counts per slope, wind-lift check, collateral damage on vents and gutters — the documentation a claim needs.

Full replacement — standing-seam metal

Insurance-claim support
Photos and a written report you file with; we meet the adjuster on the roof and walk through the damage. We don’t file the claim for you — you do, with our report in hand.
included

Prices are starting points for typical Austin homes; steep pitches, multiple layers, and decking repairs change them, and you’ll see the change on paper first.

Storm damage, plainly

What a hail claim actually looks like.

1. Document before anyone else does

Photograph from the ground. Note the date of the storm. Don’t sign anything a door-knocker hands you — an “assignment of benefits” form hands your claim to them.

2. Free inspection, written report

We count strikes per slope, check the soft metals, and give you the report and photos. If it doesn’t meet a claim threshold, we tell you, and you’ve lost nothing.

3. You file. We meet the adjuster.

Adjusters see a lot of roofs fast; a foreman who walks it with them changes what gets seen. We don’t promise outcomes — we promise the roof gets a fair look.
